Art direct, conceptualize and create content to support the Marketing Department. Use aesthetics and design principles that exhibit communication at an elevated level for Sales Representatives. Art directed and designed the website in WordPress. Responsible for photo selection, typography, and color scheme. Collaborated with Marketing Manager with writing and copy editing. Product manage and design direct mail, brochures, flyers, marketing collateral, web banners, outdoor banners, building signage, promotional materials, OOH, floor stands, posters, logos, menus, trade show graphics, newsletters, social media, invitations, and landing pages. Create email blasts in HTML, Mail Chimp, and Constant Contact. Engaged in photography and direct photo shoots. Prepare files for print, ensuring copy, design, and color accuracy. Responsible for archiving creative files with the file management process. Work under tight deadlines, acute attention to detail, and the ability to self-prioritize the workload.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
I recreated a new brand identity; which included new logos, colors, and font treatment for all of their 23 communities. Art directed their new website.
I created a new fresh look of print/digital assets that increased residency for all their communities.
I created several lifestyle and property web banner ads that generated leads to our website.
